Ilya Keselman is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and High-Tech Department and a member of the Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Digital Assets Practice Group.
Ilya advises founders, early-stage startups, established technology companies, angel investors, and venture capital funds on a range of matters, including corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing, and exits.
Ilya specializes in providing comprehensive legal counsel to global blockchain, crypto, and Web3 enterprises, as well as other FinTech and financial services companies. He offers ongoing legal and international regulatory guidance, assisting clients in navigating the complex and evolving digital asset landscape. His work focuses on structuring and designing innovative legal solutions for blockchain-based products.
In addition to his legal work, Ilya serves as a teaching assistant for the “Mergers and Acquisitions” course at the College of Management Academic Studies. Between 2020-2022 he was an editorial board member of Theoretical Inquiries in Law, an English-language law journal focused on applying interdisciplinary insights to legal issues. Furthermore, during his academic studies, he served as a research analyst at the OMEK Institute, conducting legal and public policy research and assisting in drafting policy papers for Israeli Parliament members.
