Guy brings extensive experience representing international and domestic companies, non-profit organizations, municipalities, and high net worth individuals across civil, commercial, and administrative matters before all Israeli courts and tribunals. His practice encompasses alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation.
Guy specializes in high-value complex commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on shareholder disputes and matters in the real estate and hi-tech sectors. Drawing from his academic background, which includes serving as a clerk to Supreme Court Justice Edna Arbel and completing his LL.M. as a Hauser Global Scholar at New York University, Guy brings sophisticated legal analysis to complex disputes. He is recognized for his contributions to legal scholarship, having co-authored “Fraud and Breach of Trust,” a comprehensive analysis of public official breach of trust that has been cited by courts at all levels.
