Adv. Gilad Katz is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at S. Horowitz.

Gilad regularly appears in Israeli courts in major cases and precedent-setting matters, and his clients benefit from his extensive experience in arguing before various courts and conducting effective cross-examinations. He is known for his attention to detail and his ability to leverage his legal acumen in court and, where appropriate, to achieve skillfully negotiated settlements. The Legal 500 ranking guide describes him as being “on top of the details” and as a “great negotiator.” Gilad represents major international companies from various countries, as well as leading companies in the Israeli market, and also represents foreign countries in legal disputes being conducted in Israel.

Gilad’s extensive experience across a wide range of legal fields enables him to provide his clients with legal advice that meets their diverse business needs.

In addition to representing clients in complex commercial disputes, Gilad also represents clients in petitions against regulatory and governmental decisions before the Israeli Supreme Court, Administrative Courts, and various planning committees.

Alongside his business activities, Gilad advises non-profit organizations on corporate governance issues and inheritance disputes. As legal counsel for the Israel Cancer Association, he has successfully handled numerous disputes related to wills.
