Adv. Gilad Gafni is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group and the Commercial Litigation department at S. Horowitz.

Drawing from significant experience in complex and high-profile cases, Gilad provides comprehensive legal representation and consultancy in various insurance, IP and litigation disputes, including insurance regulation, reinsurance, corporate litigation, shareholders disputes, product liability, professional liability, insurance coverage cases, entertainment and publicity rights disputes, construction cases and others. Gilad serves as trusted counsel to major international and domestic insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and insurance agencies on Israeli insurance law and regulatory matters. His expertise extends to digital copyright affairs, where he advises leading academic institutions, media networks, and financial organizations.
