Adv. Eran Bezalel is a Co-Managing Partner and reputable litigator, with extensive experience in managing complex commercial disputes of significant scope, including those touching on economic and accounting issues of considerable complexity, before all the legal instances.  Eran specializes in leading high-profile cases and is richly experienced in handling unique, complicated multi-party litigation, in the realms of commercial law, administrative law, commercial real estate, contracts, corporations and antitrust.

Eran is one of the leading Israeli lawyers engaging in public and private tenders, where he advises and accompanies tenders valued at billions of dollars directed to key players in the economy, including public companies, large-scale local and foreign corporations (including local and international target corporations), entrepreneurs and governmental entities. In this context, Eran accompanies his clients throughout all the stages of the tender process, including dispute resolution (where required), before the competent judicial tribunals.

Eran also specializes in representing comprehensive infrastructure projects, based on PFI, BOT and PPP models, and in this context Eran served as a central legal pivot in some of the largest national infrastructure projects in Israel, including the Jerusalem highspeed railway tunnel, the Fast Lane on Highway 1, Highway 6 North, the ICT Centre in the South, the Tel Aviv Light Rail (Green and Purple), the Light Rail in Jerusalem, the expansion of Highway 6 and the Sorek and Galilee desalination plants.

Eran served as chairman of the Administrative Law and Tenders Committee for the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association, where he acted to shape legal policy in these practice areas.
