Amit Steinman is a Corporate/M&A partner and Co-Managing Partner at S. Horowitz. He specializes in complex corporate and commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, capital market transactions, and acquisition financing.
Amit’s diverse client portfolio spans multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds, and early-stage companies across many sectors, including technology, telecoms, life science, energy and infrastructure, defense financial services, and media.
Drawing from his vast experience as a former M&A lawyer at a top law firm in New York , Amit provides strategic counsel to international clients on their business operations and investments in Israel.
