Yamit Cohen-Shriki is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Yamit handles a wide range of commercial and administrative matters, with particular focus on complex contractual disputes and corporate litigation.
Yamit specializes in arbitration, petitions to administrative courts, and disputes concerning municipal taxation and real estate matters. In addition to representing clients in complex commercial disputes, Yamit also represents clients in petitions, administrative appeals, objections and appeals against decisions of public authorities and public bodies before various courts and administrative tribunals in Israel, including the Supreme Court, administrative courts and various appeal and planning committees. Yamit joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019, where she completed her internship and was admitted to practice law.
