Ori Oz is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, before the entire range of Israeli courts and tribunals.

Ori’s practice encompasses High volume commercial disputes, complex construction and infrastructure disputes (having the uniqueness of representing both contractors, employers and managing companies in huge national projects), complex real estate disputes and zoning disputes.

Furthermore, Ori’s practice includes challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts (including decisions of local and national planning committees), defending class actions disputes relating to the real estate, construction and complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.
