Ori Oz is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at S. Horowitz. She specializes in complex litigation involving construction and infrastructure, administrative law, real estate, and planning and zoning.

Ori represents international and domestic companies, government entities, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals in high-stakes commercial and civil disputes across all Israeli courts and tribunals.

With particular expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects, Ori advises and represents both contractors and employers in disputes concerning national development projects. Her practice includes complex real estate and land use disputes, judicial review proceedings, and challenges to administrative decisions by national and local planning authorities.

Ori also has extensive experience in defending class actions, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors, and is frequently involved in contractual disputes, tender-related litigation, and administrative petitions.
