Marina’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including banking and financial litigation, shareholder disputes, administrative law matters and class action. Marina also has substantial experience in international arbitral proceedings, both ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations.
Marina brings valuable judicial perspective to her practice, having served as a senior law clerk to Honorable Supreme Court Justice Alex Stein and completed her internship with Honorable Justice Isaac Amit of the Israeli Supreme Court. This experience strengths Marina’s expertise in leading arbitration procedures, both local and international.Drawing from her international legal education at Columbia Law School, where she graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, Marina offers clients sophisticated litigation strategies that combine deep understanding of both Israeli and international legal frameworks.
