Noa Heimberg is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at S. Horowitz.

Noa focuses on commercial and administrative litigation, including class actions relating to consumer protection law, as well as representation in planning and construction proceedings.

Noa has significant academic experience in labor law, having served as a teaching and research assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She also participated in the Women and Economy Clinic at the Center for Clinical Legal Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Noa joined S. Horowitz in 2024, where she completed her legal internship, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2025.
