Adv. Aviv Halperin is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co., focusing on venture capital investments, investment funds and commercial law.

His practice includes advising startups, growth-stage companies, and established enterprises across various industries, including high-tech, finance and healthcare. He represents investors, venture capital funds, and corporate entities in venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and private placements. His work also covers corporate governance, founder agreements, incentive structures, and exit strategies.

Aviv also provides counsel on regulatory compliance and commercial agreements, including partnerships, supplier and customer contracts, and employment matters.

He has been with S. Horowitz & Co. since his internship in 2011 and has developed a strong practice in corporate and commercial law. During his academic career, he was a member of the editorial board of the Law & Business journal of the Law School at the Reichman University.
