Tal Sticker is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm.
Tal represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, defending class actions disputes relating to the real estate, construction and healthcare sectors, complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes. Moreover, he is one of designated associates in the firm, representing NGO’s and other Non-Profit Organizations in a wide range of inheritance and wills disputes. During his studies, he served as an Editorial Board Member of Mishpatim Law Journal, the Hebrew University Law Review (2015-2016), and as a Research Assistant to Prof. Moshe Hirsch (International Public Law) and Prof. Margit Cohn (Administrative & Comparative Law) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2016-2018), where he had also served as Teaching Assitant to Prof. Margit Cohn (Administrative Law), and Dr. Netta Barak-Koren (Constitutional Law).
