Omer Bushansky is an associate in the capital markets department at S. Horowitz.

Omer advises clients from various fields of activity, on corporate and securities related matters, including listings and offerings of different financial products and raising of debt and equity in private and public transactions on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

In addition he provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of any commercial business and its trading activities in Israel.

Omer joined S. Horowitz  in 2022, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
