S. Horowitz & Co.’s Employment partner, Adv. Ofir Pozner, and  Adv. David Atias represented the Haifa Port before the Haifa Regional Labor Court in a lawsuit filed by an employee, alleging that the Port Authority is wrongfully using pre-employment assessment tests as a precondition of employment.

The court accepted the Haifa Port’s position and rejected the employee’s requests for an award of temporary remedies.
A request to appeal was rejected by the National Labor Court.
