Adv. Amir Assali, a partner in our firm’s Capital Market Practice Group, is accompanying Shamaym Improve Ltd., a company established by former pilots of the Israeli Air Force, in an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Shamaym, which is managed by CEO Ofir Paldi and whose President is Eliezer Shkedy, a former Commander of the Israeli Air Force and also former CEO of El Al, has developed an artificial intelligence-based platform that helps business organizations draw conclusions from research-based learning, similar to the debriefing practice prevailing in the Air Force.

The moneys raised in the IPO are expected to be used to help finance the company’s ongoing business activities and broaden its R&D activities.
