In an opinion piece published in TheMarker yesterday, examining whether the Me Too movement will have us see more activism from shareholders in Israeli public companies, Advocates Amir Assali and Noam Zamir wrote: “As there is no broad duty of disclosure of actions taken, for example, for the prevention of sexual harassment and gender discrimination, one may consider voluntarily providing investors with disclosure regarding such matters.”
