Overview

Tomer Tzror is an associate and member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Tomer advises and provides representation to international and domestic corporations, financial institutions as well as high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil, corporate and contractual matters. Tomer particularly focuses on high-value and complex commercial disputes, cross-border litigation, disputes relating to infrastructure and construction projects and defence of class actions respondents.

Tomer joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2018, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli practitioner.

Other Activities

  • Tomer served as a legal assistant to District Court Justice (Retired), Danya Kareth Meyer, In the Court for Economic Matters in Tel-Aviv District Court (2017).
  • Tomer served as a research assistant for Prof. Chaim Gans at the Tel Aviv University (2016-2017).
  • As a student, Tomer served as a legal assistant to Stav Shffir, a former member of the Israeli Parliament (the Knesset).
  • While a law student, Tomer was a member of Tel-Aviv University Law Review (“Iyunei Mishpat”) and also a member of the Tel-Aviv University Law Clinics.
