Overview

Tal Glezer is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies, banks, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals on a broad range of commercial, civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on disputes relating to investment banking, derivatives and other financial products, regulatory investigations, problem loans, insolvency and other contentious issues relating to banking and financial services sector.

 

Tal’s experience includes advising on investment mismanagement, unauthorised and negligent investments and fraud and the misappropriation of assets. A number of her cases have involved allegations of dishonesty or fraud.

 

Tal joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2011, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

Tal acts as teaching assistant to partners Ehud Arzi and Benjamin Sheffer in the seminar series entitled “The Art of Litigation” at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on the practicalities and strategies of managing cases that focus firmly on the client’s interests.

 

Tal was a member of the editorial board of the Law Faculty’s Law Review: Iunei Mishpat.

 

She also served as an assistant researcher to Professor Daniel More and to Associate Professor Talia Fisher at Tel Aviv University.
