Sagi is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies, and high net worth individuals, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. His representation particularly focuses on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating infrastructure and construction projects, complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.

Sagi joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

  • Sagi served as a research assistant to Prof. Lior Zemer, Vice Dean of the Harry Radzyner Law School, The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), in the fields of Intellectual Property, Comparative Constitutional Law and the European Union Law (2015–2020).
  • During his studies, Sagi served as a member of the editorial board of the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Law Review (Law & Business Law Review) (2016–2018)
