Reut Avta is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of the firm. In her real estate work, Reut focuses on advising on joint ventures, drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, combination agreements, construction agreements, urban renewal projects, purchasing groups, commercial leases, tenders and the financing of real estate and construction projects.
Reut also advises corporate and private clients in connection with various land right- disputes and assists clients in registering their rights with the official Land Registry.
Reut joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
