Omri Leabovich is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm where he provides ongoing legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on hi-tech, venture capital financing, fund formation and private placements.

He represents founders, early stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, founder agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing agreements and exits.

Omri also provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of any commercial business and its trading activities in Israel.

Omri joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
