Noy is an associate in the Corporate Practice Groups of the firm. She provides ongoing legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on hi-tech, bio-tech, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and private placements.
She represents founders, early stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, investment round, financing agreements and exits.
Noy joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2022, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
