Nave Dayagi is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies, government companies on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating to the construction and complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.

Nave joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2018, after he completed his internship with Justice Noam Sohlberg of the Israeli Supreme Court and with Senior Partner Yehoshua Horesh, and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During his legal studies, Nave served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Sagit Mor for the course on Torts law and to Dr. Faina Milman-Sivan for the course “Sources of Israeli Legal System”. He was also a member of the editorial board of Law and Government, the Haifa University Law Review, and a member of the Weblaw Law Review – ‘Haharat Din’.
