Moshe Ashkenazi is an associate at S. Horowitz & Co., where he specializes in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, planning and building law and administrative law.

 

Moshe represents major corporate clients on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes regarding real estate, infrastructure, and complex contractual disputes.

 

Moshe joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2015, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During his studies, Moshe served as a teaching assistant in the courses “Corporate Law” and “Jewish Law”.

 

Moshe also volunteered at the legal department of the social empowerment NGOYEDID”, in which he provided pro bono legal assistance, as part of his participation in “The Community Lawyering Clinic” at the Faculty of Law, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

 

Moshe is an alumnus of “BR Ambassadors” leadership development program at the Rothschild Caesarea Foundation.
