Lotem Zagagy is an associate in the intellectual property department of the firm where she specialises in general counseling and intellectual property related litigation relating to all forms of intellectual property rights, including with a specific focus on patents, issues relating to pharmaceutical products and processes, copyright, trademarks, designs, trade secrets, database protection rights and IP related contractual disputes.

Lotem joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019, after she completed her internship with Justice David Mintz of the Israeli Supreme Court, and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
