Lina is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm, where she specializes in commercial and administrative law, as well as civil litigation. She represents international and domestic companies, government companies and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on public tenders, construction projects, and complex contractual disputes.


Lina joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017, after she completed her internship with Justice Esther Hayut and Justice Salim Joubran of the Israeli Supreme Court and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During her law studies and internship, Lina was a teaching assistant for Dr. Binyamin Blum’s Course on Law of Evidence, at the Hebrew University. She was also a research assistant for Prof. Shulamit Almog, on her articles about prostitution; Prof. Limor Ezioni, on her book about juvenile delinquency; Dr. Binyamin Blum, on his research about law of evidence; and Dr. Yaniv Vaki, on his book about law of evidence.
