Liat Tapiero is an associate in the employment law and labor relations practice group of the firm. Liat represents and advises employers in Israel, including medical organizations and hospitals, tech companies, academic institutions, retailers, on a broad range of employment law related matters from establishing labor relations; employment agreements; through labor disputes and strikes; employee disciplinary action; sexual misconduct and free speech in the workplace; employee benefits; employee termination and downsizing; and employment claims litigation, including alternative dispute resolution in the Labor Courts.

Liat is also part of the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the firm. She represents clients on regulatory aspects relating to pharmaceuticals, and on patent issues.

Liat joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2018, for her legal internship, and returned as an associate after she qualified as an Israeli advocate.
