Hoshen Lee Ben-Shitrit is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating to the real estate and construction, complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes

Hoshen also was Member of the Editorial Borad of the Journal “Mishpat and Mimshal”, and Member of the Clinic for the Rights of the Elderly at the University of Haifa.
