Hadas Lavi-Benderman is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm where she specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, start-ups, funds and financial institutions across a broad range of sectors. In addition to advising on individual corporate transactions and conducting legal due diligence, she also provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of commercial businesses and their trading activities in Israel.

Hadas joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2013, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During her legal studies, Hadas was a member of the editorial board of “He’arat Din”, the University of Haifa Law Faculty Internet Journal and has taken part in the IP law clinic. Hadas also served as a research assistant at University of Haifa, Faculty of Law, in the areas of criminal law procedure and intellectual property.

Hadas served as director in Israel Law Students Association, was a member at the StandWithUs Fellowship program and was a member at Students for Israel, an organisation aimed to deal with on-line delegitimisation of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state.
