Guy is an Associate in the Corporate Department of the firm where he specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, funds and financial institutions across a broad range of sectors. In addition to advising on individual corporate transactions and conducting legal due diligence, he also provides legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management and development of any commercial business and its trading activities in Israel.

Guy joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2016, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
