Talya Ponchek is an associate in the intellectual property department of the firm where she specialises in enforcement strategy, prosecution, general counseling and intellectual property related litigation relating to intellectual property rights, with a specific focus on trademarks, designs, trade secrets, brand protection, domain names, passing off  and IP related contractual disputes.
