Overview

Daniel Silverman is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating to the real estate and construction, complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.

Daniel Silverman joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2018, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During his legal studies, Daniel served as a Senior member of the Din U’dvarim” Law Review for 2 years.

Daniel was also a chief coordinator for the “Shalev Book”, a book which was written to honor Prof. Gabriela Shalev and was edited by Aharon Barak, Yehuda Adar and Efi Zemach.

Daniel also served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Yehuda Adar for the course “Contract Law”. Daniel also assisted Dr. Adar with his research in contracts and remedies in Civil law.

Daniel served as a research assistant for Prof. Michal Gal in the field of antitrust law and technology.

Daniel won in 2017, the “Perlman Prize” for his seminar in Antitrust law.

Daniel was cited on the Dean’s List for excellent academic achievements for three consecutive academic years.
