Overview

Caroline is admitted to practice in both Israel and England & Wales (Solicitor).

Caroline has an extensive private client practice covering wealth management, wills and estate planning, trusts, probate and inheritance, lasting powers of attorney and she specialises in advising multi-jurisdictional families. Caroline has particular expertise in helping HNW individuals and new immigrants to Israel navigate the cultural and commercial complexities of the Israeli legal system.

Caroline also has over 20 years’ experience in the residential property field, including buying, selling, rentals, registration, taxation and property management for both domestic and international clients.

After moving to Israel in 1992, Caroline spent ten years with a leading Tel Aviv “Legal 500” law firm, handling its international work. The firm’s clients included Israeli and international corporations and private clients with international interests.

During a sabbatical year in London in 2001, Caroline was employed in the corporate/commercial department at West-End firm Fladgate Fielder (now Fladgate LLP) handling a varied caseload including international commercial property transactions, venture capital financing and general corporate work.

Since returning to Israel in 2002, Caroline has built up a highly-regarded   practice providing legal services for foreign clients and their professional advisors, as well as the English-speaking community in Israel.

Caroline is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been recognized by The Legal 500 and Global Law Experts.

Other Activities

  • Caroline sits on several advisory committees of the Israel Bar including Real Estate, Notary, Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Caroline is on the board of the British-Israeli Charity “My Israel” which highlights and supports under-the-radar organisations working in Israel.
  • Caroline is married to Professor Paul Frosh and they have three children, Gefen, Tomer and Nitzan.
